YES - as we told you last month - we're recruiting more new divers than ever before with a whole batch of Open Water courses soon to start!   You can choose to qualify with us in the UK - with certification weekends at Capernwray - or you can join our brand new Ultimate Open Water Diver programme - and qualify with us in the wonderful waters of the Red Sea!   Open Water courses start in Stratford on January 12th, and then in February and April too. The first Open Water programme of the year to run in Coventry kicks-off on January 19th, with another starting in April. While in Rugby, the first course starts on January 26th, with others beginning in March and April too.   Courses will also be running - on dates yet to be confirmed - on weekday evenings at our new pool in Claverdon, where we train on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.   Also brand new for 2013 is the launch of our Ultimate Open Water Diver programme - combining pool and theory training with us in Warwickshire ahead of a qualification week with us in Dahab, Egypt. What better way to become a diver! Especially when prices start at £999 - to include the full PADI course and 7 nights at the Red Sea!   For a brochure with all the details please call the team!     DIVE THE UK COAST... THERE are plenty of chances for you to sample the best of British diving with us in 2013 with 3 weekends in Weymouth and our annual pilgrimage to Porthkerris too.   Our first trip to Dorset to dive from the beautiful Weymouth runs over Good Friday and Easter Saturday - that's March 29th/30th. And we need bookings by the end of February please.   We'll be back in Weymouth over June 1st/2nd and September 14th/15th too. We always use a great hard boat, Tango, as our base. Accommodation is available on board or at the many b&bs or hotels nearby.   The diving is decided nearer the time - with weekends for all abilities and weekends for deep divers too.   Our annual 5 nights in Porthkerris - a fabulous spot at the tip of Cornwall - is fantastic for all divers, from beginners to expert. There's shore diving and boat diving and a great atmosphere with a campsite right by the water.   We'll be there from July 31st and hope you will join us!   For all the details click here...     ANNUAL CHRISTMAS DIVE!   YES we braved the cold on December 27th for our post-Christmas fun dive at Stoney Cove!   Mulled wine and mince pies were served afterwards to warm us up!   Thanks to all those who made it! CLICK HERE!   We're soon to launch a new online calendar with our pool dates listed too!   TIME TO BOOK FOR BALI!   TREAT yourself to the holiday of a lifetime this year - and join us as we make our way back to the paradise that is Indonesia!   The two week holiday will see us once again taking  a tour around the beautiful island of Bali with a brief side trip to Gili Trewangan.  And here's why... Bali and Lombok occupy a strategic position separating the Indian and Pacific Oceans, and the Lombok Straights define the spread of flora and fauna from the continents to the east and west. This position produces a huge diversity of ocean life, which, when coupled with the low numbers of divers and the timeless nature of the countries, generates a superb holiday destination for all.   For devotees of the big stuff we hope to find mantas and perhaps a mola mola off Nusa Penida; sharks and turtles off Gili Trewangan; dolphins off Menjangan, but the real delight lies in the diversity on the reefs. For wreckies there's USAT Liberty - possibly the most photogenic wreck dive in the world - and for the rest - well whatever your interest there's plenty to see.   We've priced the holiday to include return economy class airfares from London to Denpasar in Bali; all land and boat transfers in Bali and Lombok and accommodation for 12 nights including breakfast. At Menjangan and Tulamben we've also included an evening meal, and all full dive days include a picnic lunch. Seventeen day dives and 1 night dive at Tulamben are included and divers are expected to bring all their kit, except air and weights which will be provided locally. Pricing is yet to be confirmed but we advise a budget of £2,300 per person based on twin sharing. Call for more details.   Equipment Spec: This course will run in the classroom in Warwick on February 7th.   Advanced Open Water: Next running at Stoney Cove on February 16th/17th.   IDC: Our next IDC will start in February. The dates are yet to be confirmed but please call the team now if you are interested in joining. Nitrox Spec: Running in the classroom on March 21st.   Chamber Awareness Course: We'll be running this 'dry dive' on April 11th - and we expect places to go fast so book early!
